Daniel Livermore
Daniel Livermore graduated from Brock and Carleton Universities and has a Ph.D. in history from Queen’s University. After serving in the Canadian foreign service for more than three decades, he became a Senior Fellow at the Graduate School of Public and International Affairs at the University of Ottawa. He is also a Visiting Senior Fellow of the Bill Graham Centre for Contemporary International History at Trinity College, University of Toronto.
