Jacki England
A life-long learner, Jacki England began studying how to write for children after many years as an educator. Inspired by the thousands of picture books shared with her young learners, Jacki dreamed of writing a book of her own some day.
EVERGREEN EVERMORE was influenced by her love of natural surroundings and the search for a unique perspective on a familiar story. Having taught nearby the Gillies Grove in Arnprior, the story of the “Gerry Pine” became the perfect choice for her debut picture book. Jacki enjoys living with her family, surrounded by pine trees, in the beautiful OttawaValley.
