Willow Brooks
Willow Brooks is the pseudonym for Nancy Price, a retired elementary school teacher with experience in English as a Second Language and Special Education. Nancy lives in Western Quebec on the Ottawa River with her adopted cat, Gracie, who is kept busy by a resident chipmunk. Nancy also feeds a homeless cat she calls Oscar, who was dropped off somewhere in a country road.
She loves to grow vegetables and flowers, does hand crafts, and bakes her own bread. Nancy is on the board of directors for the local farmers’ market, and keeps her hand in with occasional tutoring and home schooling. She has a very soft spot in her heart for Mother Nature and the nature spirits, and encourages everyone to keep the earth clean and healed.
