Dr. Orlick is a professor in the Faculty of health Sciences, School of human Kinetics, University of Ottawa, Canada, where he teaches and conducts research on performance excellence and quality living.
He has degrees from Syracuse University, the College of William and Mary, and the university of Alberta and is founder and editor of the innovative free on-line Journal of Excellence (www.zoneofexcellence.ca). Dr. Orlick shares his ideas through writing, teaching, presentations, and applied workshops on quality living, performance excellence, and positive living, throughout the world.
